Training Disclosure Statement
Metrum Institute reserves the right to cancel any or all sections of a training course at any time prior to the start of the course. Registrants in a cancelled course will receive either a full refund or credit towards another course. Insufficient enrollment in the respective course may result in Metrum Institute cancelling any or all parts of training course.
Metrum Institute training course registrations are nonrefundable. Course registrants who wish to cancel their registration are eligible for credit towards future Metrum Institute training courses if their registration is cancelled no later than one week prior to the start of the training course.
Course participants are responsible for installing the appropriate software on their computers, when applicable, prior to the start of the training course. Detailed information on the necessary software installation will be provided by Metrum Institute prior to the start of the course.
All participants must register. For companies and institutions with multiple participants, each individual participant must complete registration.
Submitting your registration for a Metrum Institute training course is acknowledgement that you have read and understood the information on this page.
